Auction Ticket Pickup & Tryout Information-Parent meeting 9th-12th grades

December 16th 7pm in Choir room @ CHHS (enter East doors, turn right).

Parent meeting to discuss winter workouts, auction details, pick up auction tickets to sell (for those that do not have a player in 4th period-or for those that didn't get them), and get tryout details (dates/times/eligibility/required forms).  Please let us know if you prefer to pick up the tickets yourself vs. giving to your player in 4th period.

Players are asked to sell a minimum of 10 tickets (each member of a family does not have to have a physical ticket-just make sure all names are written on your RSVP list you turn in with the money collected-they will check in upon arrival).  Also, all are asked to donate at least one auction item valued at $50 or more.  Refer to Disclosure Statement for fundraising breakdowns of both tickets & auction items.

We will also have merchandise available for purchase...and hoping to have new items available in time!!

8th & 9th Grade (Optional) Weightlifting Starting Soon!

If your 8th & 9th grader is interested in getting in some weights time, we have great news!!!!

Starting Monday, November 18th and continuing M,W, & F of each week (until we are notified we can't use the weight room) we will have the weight room open for baseball from 5-6:30.  

This is not mandatory (and will not determine a spot on the team), but is a great opportunity for these boys to work on strength.  They can come everyday, or just when they can.  

No need to sign up, just show up-ready to work- at the Weight Room inside by the South doors of the big gym.

Parent meeting tonight

Parent meeting Tuesday 11/5, 7pm in Tech Atrium, CHHS.  If you have not yet signed a disclosure, this needs to be done ASAP.  They will be available at the meeting.

If you have not yet paid for your special order items (hoodies, etc), payment is due Tuesday.

Cleats for Feet collection box will be available at the meeting.  They accept cleats for any sport, basketball shoes, running shoes, and any other athletic shoe.  Any size/age and for girls or boys. 

IMPORTANT UPCOMING PARENT MEETINGS

Meetings for all parents of any student who wishes to tryout for the 2014 Spring Copper Hills High School Baseball Team are being held on Tuesday September 10th, October 8th, and November 5th.  We strongly encourage all parents to attend to receive important information regarding fundraising, travel plans, fees, tryouts and other items for the upcoming season.  They will begin promptly at 7:00 pm in the Tech Atrium at Copper Hills High School, located directly inside the east entrance of the school (by the seminary building).  Students do not attend these meetings.

Please plan to attend to have your questions answered and receive a copy of the new season disclosure.  We will have all merchandise available for sale.  Also, a Cleats for Feet donation collection box will be at the meeting to collect any used cleats and other athletic shoes you may have lying around (www.cleatsforfeet.com).
