Auction Ticket Pickup & Tryout Information-Parent meeting 9th-12th grades

December 16th 7pm in Choir room @ CHHS (enter East doors, turn right).

Parent meeting to discuss winter workouts, auction details, pick up auction tickets to sell (for those that do not have a player in 4th period-or for those that didn't get them), and get tryout details (dates/times/eligibility/required forms).  Please let us know if you prefer to pick up the tickets yourself vs. giving to your player in 4th period.

Players are asked to sell a minimum of 10 tickets (each member of a family does not have to have a physical ticket-just make sure all names are written on your RSVP list you turn in with the money collected-they will check in upon arrival).  Also, all are asked to donate at least one auction item valued at $50 or more.  Refer to Disclosure Statement for fundraising breakdowns of both tickets & auction items.

We will also have merchandise available for purchase...and hoping to have new items available in time!!
